In 2007, we started Just Perfect! Home Staging in one of the worst housing markets the country had seen. Even in this market, we saw our clients' homes outperforming their competition by leaps and bounds... we knew we were on to something! Over the years, Just Perfect! has had the incredible opportunity to work on countless projects throughout southeastern North Carolina (and Myrtle Beach) and we've seen that the success doesn't waiver, regardless of price range, size, style or market. This compelled us to create a real estate group that utilizes staging as the foundation for each and every listing. Why wouldn't we - when we've seen it work, hands down, consistently every time.
We work with owners of vacant and occupied homes, builders and investors to help maximize the profitability of their home sale. We customize each staging plan to reflect the needs of each individual house. From there, we allow the style and other features of the house as well as the expected buyer demographic to begin to shape the design of the staging. We aim to highlight features and minimize questions and objections so that while a buyer is in the house — they can simply enjoy it and begin picturing themselves living there!
Staging for Sale
After deciding to stage with Just Perfect!, we'll study your home and it’s competition and we'll pinpoint its features and make recommendations that will help position your home to receive top dollar. Once all of the preparation has been completed, the final step is the exciting part! This is where we make your home shine! Our moving & staging teams strategically and intentionally place every single piece of inventory to 1) capture attention online and compel buyers to schedule a showing 2) lead them through your home in a specific path that will show each room in its best perspective, and 3) allow them to connect with the home, encouraging them to start thinking about how their lives will look there. Once they leave, the connection they felt with your home will stick with them. If it doesn't make them immediately stop looking at anything else, at the very least it will be the one that they compare every other home that they see to. This final step creates a platform for all of our other marketing to build off of.

Turn Key Staging for Investments & AirB&B’s
Purchasing an investment property? There is so much room for improvement in this market! The properties that stay booked and get top dollar are updated and on trend. This is what the current short term vacationer or mid-term tenant is looking for. We will make budget concious renovations using our trusted contractors and service providers and furnish the property to achieve this look. We will also set it up with all of the mattresses, linens, table settings and kitchenware, etc to provide a comfortable stay for guests. While we don’t offer property management, we can also have professional photographs and video taken so that it’s ready for you or your property manager to market.
Staging for Builders
New construction has always been a part of our business that we love and lean into! We have worked with some of the largest builders in the area and can offer a variety of service options depending on your needs. If you are a smaller builder without an in-house design team - we can be that for you! We can make selections for your spec homes, and you can send buyers to us for guidance with choosing the selections for their new home. For model or spec homes, we offer the options to rent or purchase the furnishings. While we would love to represent you through Full Circle, by no means do you have to be represented by us to stage with us! For more in-depth perspective, we can also consult on new or existing floor plans, electrical design, and more! We love developing partnerships with builders so that we can make your products come to life and help you make a mark on prospective buyers!
