Our Highest-Priced Sale: A Landmark Achievement: We are thrilled to share that we closed the highest-priced sale of our careers this quarter at 423 S Lumina in Wrightsville Beach. This breathtaking luxury home, located on the sought-after south end, sold for an impressive $9.25 million. The success of this sale was the result of a comprehensive marketing strategy. We brought in top-tier photographers and videographers to capture the home's stunning features, held broker opens to generate buzz, and leveraged our social media platforms to reach potential buyers. The journey to this closing was a reminder of the power of professional presentation and strategic marketing in the luxury real estate market. This was a huge achievement for us during our first year as an independent brokerage!

A Full Circle Moment with a Repeat Client: One of the most rewarding aspects of our work is building lasting relationships with our clients, and this quarter, we had the pleasure of working with Paige, a repeat client. Years ago, we helped Paige find her dream home in Wilmington. When she decided it was time for a new adventure in Florida, she reached out to us again to sell her home. We were able to get her property under contract in less than 30 days and sold it for the highest price per square foot in her neighborhood! This experience was not just about the sale but about the trust and confidence Paige placed in us once more, allowing us to come full circle in our professional relationship.

Finding "The One" After a Six-Month Search: Some journeys to homeownership are longer than others, but they are always worth the wait. David's story is a testament to that. We first met David six years ago at a restaurant, where we had a conversation that left a lasting impression. A few years later, I reached out to him with a simple note to check in, and little did I know that this small gesture would lead to something much bigger. This year, David moved back to Wilmington from Vermont and gave us a call to help him find his new home. He was our first client as an independent brokerage, making his search especially significant. After months of searching, knocking on doors, and David living in Airbnbs, we finally found the perfect home for him. At closing, David surprised us by pulling out the notecard we had written him years ago. It was a beautiful reminder of the lasting connections we build with our clients, and it made the moment all the more special!

Helping a Family Return to the Coast: Another highlight of this quarter was being referred to help a dear friend's sister and her husband relocate back to Wilmington from the North Carolina mountains. This lovely couple was returning to the coast after years away, and they entrusted us to find their new home. What made this transaction particularly unique was that closing day was the first time one of the buyers saw the home in person! We were thrilled to see how happy they were with their new place, and the experience was made even sweeter by the thoughtful seller, who left them a binder complete with a welcome letter, neighbor introductions, and a bottle of champagne.

A Luxury Waterfront Transformation: We also had the privilege of listing a spectacular waterfront property this quarter, one that we helped the owner purchase years ago, 136 Skystasail Drive. Since then, the owner has completed an extraordinary luxury renovation, transforming the property into a true masterpiece. It's always a pleasure to work with repeat clients who think of us when it's time to buy or sell again. For this listing, we once again brought in professional photographers and videographers to capture the home's new grandeur. We also held broker opens and promoted the property extensively across our social channels. The transformation was nothing short of amazing, and we are excited to see what the future holds for this stunning home and the lucky new owner!
